Fish Head - Season Opener (tough fishing)

We had our first trip of the season yesterday. Fishing was disappointing at best. We had the Pete C. charter and headed north to look for bass on the troll. Managed only 2 keepers and dropped a few more. We had enough bait and scattered marks to keep at it. Maja spoons were the ticket to entice a bite. Thanks to a great crew for their patients and lots of laughs. Although fishing was poor it was still great to be back out on the water.!!
